How To Turn Your Expander

When you receive an expander, bands will be placed around your first molars, connected to an appliance that spans the roof of your mouth. To activate the expander:

1. Use the provided expander key and insert it into the hole until it clicks into place.
2. Push the key toward the back of the mouth until the next hole appears.
3. Follow the arrows on the expander for the correct direction.

Helpful Tip: For the best results, lie flat on a bed or the floor while someone assists you. Have them use a flashlight for a clearer view while turning the key.
